Ordering Online
Purchasing from our website couldn't be easier.

Simply select the product you desire by clicking on the 'Add to Cart' button, and it will be promptly added to your shopping cart.

You can then continue shopping for more items at your leisure.

To review the contents of your cart, click 'View Cart' or the shopping cart icon located at the top right of the menu bar.

If you want to remove an item from your cart, you'll find a small 'x' next to the item – click on it, and the item will be removed.
If you're uncertain about locating specific items, use the search bar at the top of the page and our website will locate them for you.
After you've completed your order, simply select 'Proceed to Checkout' and provide your address information, and any other necessary details. If you check the 'Create an account?' box, our website will securely store your address details for your convenience, so you won't need to re-enter them when you return to make future orders.
We offer two payment types - online (using debit/card cards) and offline. See PAYMENTS for more information.
All our prices are in NZ Dollars and include GST.
Deliveries
All orders within New Zealand are sent via NZ Post Couriers and items will be despatched within 3 business days of the order placement. Delivery times are estimated at between 2 – 5 business days depending on your location within New Zealand.
We will always attempt to deliver within the stated delivery time but cannot take responsibility for circumstances beyond our control which may delay the order.
All parcels are sent tracked by courier - signature not required (unless otherwise advised) - and tracking details will be emailed to you once despatched so you can keep up to date with the progress and delivery of your order.
In the event that an ordered item is not available, we will notify you within 3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
For items that need to be ordered in, please allow up to 4 weeks depending on the product. We will however keep you posted.
Please note that we do not currently post outside of New Zealand.
Delivery Pricing
Our delivery pricing is based on the value of your order. And as of October 2024 we have had to introduce an URBAN and RURAL rate as we can longer take up the extra cost for rural deliveries.

Orders over $150.00 qualify for FREE delivery

Free Delivery Policy
We offer free delivery on items over $150.00 - this includes urban and rural deliveries.
Collections
If you would like to collect your order from our shop in Greerton, please select "PICK UP" at the checkout on the online shop.
We will email you when the order is ready to be collected, during our working hours.

Error or Cancellation of Order
If you have made an error with your online order and need to cancel part or all of the order, please call us on contact us as soon as possible.
Returns and Refunds
Please choose your order carefully as we do not provide refunds if you change your mind.
Refunds will be issued once returns are received and processed by us.
Refunds for refused or abandoned packages will be at our discretion.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If a product in your order is incorrect, damaged or missing, please contact us as soon as possible of so that we can work with you to make it right. Unfortunately we will not be able to replace, reship or refund if we’re not notified after 30 days.
Returns of products with Manufacturer Warranties: If you’ve purchased a product that came with a Manufacturer Warranty please follow the instructions included with your product warranty for details on how to proceed for repair or replacement. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of damaged or malfunctioning warrantied products.
Returning Goods
Refunds will be issued once returns are received and processed by us. Refunds for refused or abandoned packages will be at our discretion.
Please note postage/shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at your expense and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Any goods returned must be in new condition and include all original packaging and properly packed for postage. If an item has been used, it is not eligible to be returned and therefore not eligible for a refund.
Precut Fabric Orders
Please note that any fabric ordered and cut, unless there is a fault with the fabric itself, can not be returned, so please order carefully.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded so please choose/order carefully.
Exchanges
If you have ordered the wrong item, we are happy to exchange it for you but you will be required to pay the return shipping costs and must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Any goods returned must be in new condition and include all original packaging and properly packed for postage. If an item has been used, it is not eligible to be returned and therefore not eligible for an exchange or refund.
Colour Disclaimer
Please be aware when purchasing on the internet, colours may not always be true and can vary from screen to screen. Any colours shown are for guidance only. When choosing fabrics the best way is to use a supplier thread number for reference.​​
